Meghana Shrotri is Consultant and Manager-Administration in Vernalis. Meghana has an eclectic and interesting background. She has a Bachelor’s in English Literature, a Masters in Economics and a Diploma in Textile Designing.
Meghana was attracted to Vernalis because of its vision, values, and the organisation-developmental work content. Her varied interests and qualifications help Meghana value-add in a unique manner to Vernalis requirements. Meghana has keen observation skills, high awareness and a good grasp.This makes her a good Assessor, and she has successfully participated in Vernalis ADCs across managerial levels. She has conducted Competency-based Interviews extensively, been on the facilitation team for Interviewing Skills & Competency Communication Workshops, and conducted Developmental Dialogues for several Managers.
A calm and reassuring bearing helps her dialogue effectively: with clients externally, and as a Manager inside Vernalis. When not on projects, she makes a valuable contribution to the internal efficiency at Vernalis, spanning roles from Administration to Collection. Building on her creative faculties and training in design, Meghana also plays a valuable role in design and aesthetics for a range of Vernalis marketing collateral.
From being an Assessor (writing accurate and flowing ADC performance reports) to creating marketing collateral, communication is a key element. Hence, her excellent command over English stands her in good stead. With a spectrum of different skill sets, Meghana has enriched the Vernalis team, improving its delivery capabilities as well as creativity quotient.
Prior to joining Vernalis, Meghana has been a designer and merchandiser in a garment export company for ten years. She has been a course developer and visiting faculty for merchandising in Mumbai’s JD Institute of Fashion for six years.
