Ranashree is a management graduate with specialization in Human Resource & Finance.

A business leader with a significant experience in industry policy advocacy, she has rich experience interfacing with government agencies and thought leaders towards inclusive industry development. Ranashree worked extensively on BPIAI establishment globally. Under her leadership BPIAI membership increased by more than 50% with multiple domestic BPO joining BPIAI. Ranashree evangelized the Domestic BPO platform and published India Domestic BPO Sector report along with International Data Corporation(IDC). BPIAI also established international footprint with tie up with Association of Call Centres of Philippines (ACCoP).

Ranashree focused a lot on safety and security of female employee working in call centre and established a workgroup with NCR police to find ways to improve women safety. At Vernalis, Ranashree is a Senior Associate representing Vernalis for its entire range of service offerings in Singapore. Prior to joining Vernalis, Ranashree worked with George Abraham Group of Companies (GAGRP) assisting local companies for business linkages in the region. She managed international trade events, publications and business advocacy.

Before relocating to Singapore, Ms. Sengar was domiciled in New Delhi, India where she led BPIAI (Business Process Industry Association of India, CII) and an Executive-Information and Communication Technology (ICT, CII). She worked closely with policy makers and regulators to help create an environment conducive towards the growth and empowerment of ICT/ BPO businesses. Ranashree created many unique and industry first platforms for the industry members to collaborate jointly on addressing key issues concerning the industry.

Before joining CII, Ranashree worked at Surevin Internet Services Private Ltd, a BPO service provider where she handled executive’s recruitment, training and ensuring quality management.

Ranashree’s core strength is empathy and collaborative working. In addition, her knowledge and experience enables her to leverage Vernalis services to fulfil the needs of the businesses in Singapore in a manner that is mutually beneficial for all stakeholders involved.

As an individual, Ranashree is warm and friendly, and enjoys singing, cooking and traveling.
